Projects

Our club is involved in a variety of projects that involve fundraising, community service, and assisting children locally and worldwide.  Below are the projects in which we are currently involved:

Good Samaritan Shelter – Santa Maria 

Every month we host a birthday party for the children who are currently staying in the shelter who have a birthday that month.  In cooperation with our Key Clubs, we have games and activities along with cake and ice cream for the children.

Back-to-School Shopping Spree

In August, over 100 local youth participate in our Back-to-School Shopping Spree at Old Navy. Local youth received school supplies, courtesy of KIA, breakfast thanks to Chick-fil-A, and clothing at a discounted rate thanks to Old Navy. We are honored to work with these community partners.

Thanksgiving Baskets

In November, club members deliver baskets to families. The food basket included the meat of their choice (turkey/ham/chicken) along with a $100 gift card to FoodsCo so that they could buy the food items that they truly need.
